Every day, we experience a world called social media, whose lines and borders are implicit in the virtual body. This virtual world has identities that make us look at social life from different angles. In fact, these identities are just a costume that people wear on their way into this world…
As a global identity is being built, the universes of individuals emotions and thoughts expand this identity day by day. With the expansion, we witness individual and social refractions. Many phenomena that people love, hate, feel, anger at, changes. And these changes put individuals and societies in a cycle.
The installation reflects the dimensions of emotions and thoughts experienced in a social universe to the real world at the same speed of social media. Emotions and thoughts turn into texts. Colors symbolizing emotion within the installation; it turns into texts that symbolize thought. The mirrors in the installation reflect the identities that social media manipulates with reflection and refraction.
In individual experience, the color of emotion and the choice of words to be expressed allow the individual to be drawn into this identity. Until the individual wants to leave this world…
